The Program/Project Management Analyst will work on a Commercial Vehicle development and localization project with a Chinese vehicle partner. He or she will be based in our Technical centre in Essex, to provide program management interface and support with Dunton-based teams for the program delivery. Major Responsibilities:
- Program management support and assistance to deliver Commercial vehicle (CV) V362 China products for China markets.
- Program tracking for timing and work plans (from Dunton based functional teams) supporting total Program Vehicle Timing (VPP).
- To maintain Program disciplines (Global Product Development Process GPDS) and Gateway deliverables through the use of Program Management Tools such as Integrator (Training provided).
- Support preparation of Management papers for Gateway reviews, status discussions etc.
- Support weekly PST meeting, assignment/Issues f/up, tracking with Dunton based engineering and functional teams for their responsible work plans/ items etc.
- Manage Prototype part planning, ordering, tracking for M1/VP build.
- Coordinate deliverable inputs, work plan development, Timing plans from Dunton based teams, support Integrator, EFDVS and status tracking.
- Manage and track Import parts/BoM/PPM for China program.
- Support Corporate design/Studio process and delivery: work plans, manage and support AST process.

Skills Required:
Highly disciplined and motivated person with good organizational skills. Energetic, focused and enthusiastic individual who drives for results and practices tenacity. Excellent communication skills both in written and oral English. Good inter-personal skills, can interact with colleagues effectively in a large multi-national company. A team player. Microsoft office skills essential. Excellent presentation skills for management reporting.

Skills Preferred:
Chinese Mandarin language skills desirable.

Experience Preferred:
Prior Project Management skills and working experience in any industry is advantageous.

Education Required:
Engineering or business degree essential, ideally with both.
