It is profitable, growing in a rapid but controlled manner and moving into new global markets. As a result it is seeking to appoint a Body Structures Manager. Based in Warwickshire, this role will appeal to candidates based in Birmingham, Warwick, Coventry, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Solihull, Banbury.

Job Purpose:
To design, develop and release Body Structures content.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Lead a team of body structures project engineers and PMST leaders.
- Lead the day to day management of the team.
- Lead body structures component and system target setting.
- Manage body structures suppliers' quality, cost and timing.
- Manage the structures content budgets for specific projects.
- Lead for the documentation of engineering signoff approval for all body structures content.
- Lead engineering decision making in performance engineering design and issue resolution for all body structures content to meet all program targets.


Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive experience in body structures engineering.
- Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- Experience of leadership in body structures design to meet performance targets.
- Detailed understanding of body engineering construction processes.
- Intuitive knowledge of mechanical engineering theory and application.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
