An Electrical Systems Process Coordinator is required to work on contract for our client who specialise in luxury cars, the position will be based in the West Midlands.

This role is centres around our clients Product Creation System (PCS) and the process activities undertaken by the Electrical Engineering department. The initial task is to assist in the review and applicability of the current process deliverables through meeting with key departmental stakeholders. Current challenges and opportunities will need documenting as well as proposing description updates to the PCS deliverables. Following review and agreement by the departmental senior management, the candidate will need to collaborate with the central PCS team to get the agreed changes into the formal PCS management system known as i3. The role will also include review and update to existing PCS training material and assistance in delivering training to the EE Department.

Our client requires an individual to have experience of the following:
- An understanding of Process activities and Vehicle Programme deliverables
- Ability to document technical process descriptions
- The ability to work with diverse technical teams to understand what the team do and what process deliverables is required to product success.
- Experience of facilitating meetings
- An appreciation of Automotive Development processes.
- Experience of developing Electrical or Electronic products would be an advantage.
- Degree level in an Engineering related discipline preferred or equivalent direct experience in Automotive Product Development.
