A vacancy has arisen for an Avionic Systems Engineer with a good knowledge of embedded software/hardware and a systems analysis and modelling background.
This is to meet existing demand on new projects with a multi-national market leader in the aerospace sector. The role would require candidates to design and analyse avionic systems for customer requirements. You must have,
- An understanding of embedded software and/or hardware engineering.
- Experience in creating and performing system tests.
- Experience within Aerospace, Automotive or a similar industry.
- A Degree in engineering or similar level of knowledge and experience.
- Use of management tools e.g. (DOORS)
- Design and modelling tools e.g. MATLAB, Simulink, SCADE, VAPS, Artisan etc.
Knowledge of the following would be beneficial, Electrical Power management, electronic displays, data concentrators, landing gear control and fuel Gauging.
This opportunity is based in the Cheltenham area with an attractive salary of c£35k plus generous benefits.
