Maintenance Electrician-17th Ed and 2391 Essential-Contract to Permanent Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrician who has worked on industrial schemes predominantly, this is a role that will start on contract with a view to go permanent in January 2013 (subject to the role being signed off in November 2012). The initial contract length is until Christmas.

You will need to have the 17th regs (7671) and 2391 certificate and has worked up to 11KV. Additional experience of working at height (cherry pickers, scissor lifts etc) would be very beneficial as would working in confined spaces. It's predominantly reactive maintenance but there will be aspects of fault finding and installation also, you will need to have completed an apprenticeship or have completed an ONC/HNC in Electrical Engineering.

This role is an immediate start working for a leading automotive client based in the West Midlands but accessible easily from Warwickshire. It will be working in a small maintenance team (reactive) who are a friendly bunch and easy to get on with.

On offer is a good hourly rate plus on call benefit also.
