Description
Manufacturing business with an annual turnover of £1m and a growth strategy to achieve £5m in the medium term. Operating in a niche sector supplying specialist capital equipment . Their customer base includes most of the Global blue chip pharmaceutical businesses. It forms part of a larger group but has total anonymity for finance, sales and marketing, design and manufacturing.
Job Requirements
Working with the MD and the Technical Manager to develop a strategy for growth. Candidates should have a commercial background within capital plant and have the experience to operate on a Global scale and with the best pharmaceutical businesses. Ability to communicate well is essential as is the ability to develop positive relationships with technical and financial managers.
