Off-Road Automotive Test Engineer - Automotive - West Midlands - £20.35 per Hour Limited Co.
An Off-Road Capability vehicle Test Engineer is required to support the test activity for the Technical Specialist and Project leaders
You must have experience of;
- Off road test and vehicle engineering, test and development, and experience of whole vehicle evaluation
- Wading, Gradeability, Traction performance for Off Road Capability (ORC)
- Project and time management skills
- Vehicle preparation and evaluation, facility development, test logistics
- Purchasing and maintaining ORC test equipment
And must be able to :
- Analyse and process the data from the test assessments and benchmarking on wide range of off-road vehicles
- Carrying out evaluations with a number of vehicles and engineering personnel, Record and analyse data, write reports and offer conclusions from this data to support project leaders and Technical Specialist activities
Experience of planning and maintaining overall target spend levels against budget would be desirable but not essential.
Relevant Mechanical Engineering Degree or suitable experience.
The rate for this role is £20.35 per hour limited co. The client is looking to start by ASAP.
