Controls and Instrumentation Engineer - Refinery/Process Engineering - East London - Contract or Perm - £Neg - National and International Travel

A degree educated Control and Instrumentation Engineer is required for this global engineering consultancy based in the East End of London. Ideally you will hold a degree or equivalent in an electrical, controls or instrument related discipline and experience of working within a refinery or process environment.
This position does involve National and International travel therefore the successful applicant must be able and willing to travel.

Providing project engineering services for the design, development, production, manufacture, testing and commissioning of control systems. Ideally you will experience of the following:

Engineering instrument packages from PandID"s and functional design specifications.
Design and construction of flexible PLC based control systems.
Supporting the customer"s engineering facilities to clarify and answer technical queries relating to instrument supply and installation.
Generate instrument data sheets for procurement.
Provide support and training to in-house colleagues as part of on-going development and improvement of instrument packages.
