Reputable organisation, established in the UK for almost 30 years and looking to maintain and bolster its position with a number of key appointments. Working in a challenging but collaborative environment with a complex, technically innovative product for some of the largest and most successful automotive OEMs in the world.
Develop several components suitable for production incl. multiplicity of features in abidance of cost objectives, norms, lessons learned, specifications and requirements.

Concept verification placing technical calculations (FEM, tolerances) in time and coordination and implementation of necessary scope of testing.

Preparing functional matrix before design start in abidance of basic conditions and update (information of team members).

Provide CAD-data (2D and 3D) incl. development of VPM/PDM, in time and required quality.
Technical degree or professional education + additional subject-specific training + additional qualification.

Good constructional knowledge in automotive or similar fields, professional competence in roof and body systems.

Basic knowledge in manufacturing methods and manufacturing technologies in injection moulding of plastics and metal processing and/or other areas of expertise.

Excellent use of CAD (CATIA V5/Ideas etc )
Computing: MS Office applications (excel, word, powerpoint + VPM, Windchill)
