We are currently seeking to recruit a Recruitment/HR Advisor on an ongoing contract basis to effectively and efficiently support and carry out recruitment activities across the UK, in line with business requirements.

Reporting to the Manager of Recruitment and Staffing, the successful individual will be responsible for the following:

* To provide a timely and well organised process driven service, ensuring positions are filled in time, with suitable candidates.

* To utilise recruitment systems to manage recruitment processes efficiently and effectively.

* To support the effective and efficient running of the Recruitment and Staffing function

* The role will be expected to cover permanent, student and post graduate recruitment activity.

* Raising purchase orders, cross charging invoices, booking interviews, contacting candidates and producing monthly reports.

* Support all recruitment and selection processes for all hiring managers across the UK sites

* Perform all administrative and organisational tasks related to recruitment marketing and employer branding

* Process, organise and file all applications whether speculative or otherwise in line with standard agreements

* Analyse and report on relevant recruitment and selection statistics to aid process and efficiency improvements.

* Act as main point of contact and super user for any relevant IT systems used within the recruitment process and support Line Managers in their use

* Support the pre-selection processes within the department providing support to both candidates and colleagues

* Perform and facilitate psychometric testing where necessary as an integral part of the recruitment and selection process.

* Ensure delivery is in line with Service Level Agreements

* Understand and operate within Employment Law legislation best practice, both internally and externally

* Support regular communication to partners, both internally and externally

* Support research activities in employment markets to ensure that all UK sites are able to source candidates of the highest possible quality.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 

* Qualified to NVQ Level 4 or equivalent i.e. Business Management or Human Resources

* High level of PC literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)

* Strong organisational, analytical and time management skills

* Strong administration skills are essential

* Knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques, processes and procedures

* Knowledge and experience of working with Employment Law legislation

* Highly developed communication skills

* German Language skills would be a distinct advantage

* Experience of working both cross-function and / or internationally

* Ability to work in a high volume environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
