Senior Software Engineer - Aerospace-Buckinghamshire-c£44k

A Senior Specialist Engineer responsible for the development of real time embedded code for control units intended for electrical power systems within aircraft. This role is located in Buckinghamshire with a global supplier of systems and services to the aerospace, defence and homeland security markets.
Key responsibilities and desired skill set include
-To generate software high-level requirements from unit internal and customer supplier requirements.
-To decompose the high-level requirements into low-level requirements using either the Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow toolset producing graphical design or by manual decomposition producing plain English documentation, as appropriate.
-To conduct any necessary analyses and rig testing for troubleshooting.
-To review test scripts against the low-level requirements
Knowledge of : -
DOORS , Matlab/Simulink, Beacon, Ada-Multi Green Hills Compiler VectorCAST, Dimensions
Microsoft Office desirable
The salary range for this is role is c£44k depending on experience with full health, pension and benefits.
Previous experience in a similar or related industry is highly desirable as well as experience of managing others.
