Validation Engineer – Automotive – London - £Neg
A degree qualified Validation/Reliability Engineer is required for this leading automotive company based in London to co-ordinate the validation activities and actions of the product team.
The successful applicant will hold a 2:1 degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline with solid experience in a validation engineering environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead a product validation process, in order to demonstrate products are safe, reliable and fit for purpose.
Develop durability tests, define rig and sample requirements in cooperation with the product development team.
Provide technical support on analysing failures.
Evaluate product life expectancy and reliability (Weibull / life data analysis).
Support the Product Team Leader with regard to customer queries on reliability matters and project updates.
Support the continuous improvement of validation processes.
Ensure adherence to quality control plans. i.e. QS9000.
