Our client is a leader in design, manufacture and support of world leading turbo chargers and associated equipment.

Due to growth plans a position of Seniro Demand Manager has become available, and as such we welcome applicants who want a fresh challenge, and meet the requirements below

• Accountability for the Demand Planning strategy.
• Direct responsibility for managing the Global Demand Plan Leader.
• Leading and promoting improvement initiatives; working closely with the Demand Planners and Account Management teams to support and improve their demand forecasting and reporting processes.
• Owning and managing global demand planning reporting and analysis including reporting on 0-18 month forecast.
• Tracking of market trends to help predict future demand and profile customer, pricing and economic marketing analysis.
• Managing lead times and customer demand when capacity is constrained.
• Advising on finished goods inventory policy and strategy and support inventory entitlement process improvement.
• Expending the current demand forecasting processes to include a full Sales and Operations Planning process with defined policies and procedures . Qualified to degree or equivalent level preferably in the fields of economics, business, logistics, supply chain or finance. An MBA is preferred.
  You should also have previous proven experience in supply chain, sales planning and forecasting or marketing experience, preferably in a similar manufacturing environment and be able to demonstrate:
  
  A high level of expertise and leadership capability.
  Analysis skills, preferably with prior experience in data driven forecasting
  Ability to lead and manage global meetings at an Executive level
  Proven change management leadership skills.
  Previous ability to make decisions within area of authority
  High levels of business and commercial acumen
  Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
