Our client is a leading technical supplier to the automotive industry, and due to exceptional growth plans and current business requirements, they are looking to appoint a Lead Calibration Engineeras such we welcome applicant who meet the criteria below:
- Lead a team of engineers to deliver an EMS system calibration for a major passenger car project.
- Responsibility for all aspects of project timing, budget and technical delivery.
- Reporting project status and areas of technical risk to Calibration Manager.
- Development of engine management system calibration in-line with customer requirements.
- Plan, conduct and report on engine, vehicle and component tests in accordance with appropriate calibration processes.
- Organise and conduct hot, cold and altitude environmental testing.
- Overall technical responsibility for work completed ensuring that quality standards are met. You will be degree educated in an engineering related discipline with proven experience of Gasoline and or Diesel engine OBD calibration development, based at a vehicle manufacturer, independent specialist or engine management system OEM.
