Skilled Cylindrical Grinder
Northampton, Northamptonshire, England
Our client is a motorsport organisation based in the Midlands.
They currently have a contract requirement until March 2012 for a Skilled Cylindrical Grinder.
Reporting to the Product Team Leader, the individual will be responsible for the following:
- Programming (Fanuc)
- Setting up and operating of Cylindrical and CAM grinding machines.
- Liaison with Product Team Leader on a daily basis to discuss workloads.
Essential Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering Certificate (City and Guilds) or equivalent
- Skilled Cylindrical Grinder
- Apprenticeship/Time Served, with experienced of machining development and small production batches to tolerances sub 10 micron
- Able to work on own initiative, able to work flexible hours to tight
deadlines.
Desirable Attributes:
- Fanuc CNC Programming experience
- ONC Mechanical Engineering
