To manage a team of between 40-60 people involved in the manufacture of complex safety critical products. Candidates should be proven people managers with the drive to improve efficiencies while developing people. Ideally with an engineering qualification and good analytical and problem solving skills.
Manage teams of people developing lean while ensuring day to day production targets are achieved. Be able to build an effective team by involvement in the improvement process.
