All products are bespoke and processes include GRP, plastic, foam, wood and final assembly. They are profitable and keen to invest in plant and people and are planning for volume growth during 2012 based on cost and quality.
Take a proactive responsibility for the core manufacturing facilities. Develop the existing manufacturing facility by proposing and implementing solutions. Manage capital projects and new product introduction. Candidates should be qualified engineers with a positive attitude to change and be able to work closely at all levels to achieve the manufacturing goals.
Involvement in improving the manufacturing plant to improve productivity. Manage and justify capital spend and be involved in product modification and introduction.
