All products are bespoke and processes include GRP, plastic, foam, wood and final assembly. They are profitable and keen to invest in plant and people and are planning for volume growth during 2012 based on cost and quality.
To develop further the GRP (Press to Vacuum) processes improving efficiency and productivity. Candidates should have good communication skills and have at least two years experience in a GRP environment. The position forms part of the senior management team with influence on the process and the business direction.
Develop the GRP process for the site and have an influence on the product and the business direction.
