The company is a high performance engineering company, specialists in the development and production of Advanced Composite components, Keronite ceramic treatments for light alloys, and tough, versatile Polyurethane Mouldings: all for a range of high technology industries, including Motorsport and Aerospace.
To manage, development and implement all production processes and product validation phase for NPI on specific projects as requested by the Aerospace operations manager. A fully operational production line meets capacity, quality, delivery, cost and system targets set by the customer. Working as part of a multi-disciplined project team you will take the lead and project manage this production process and product validation phase of the NPI process, review all current programmes and implement cost improvement where necessary. Produce Timing Plans for the planning, design, development and implementation of the new production cell and manage the program ensuring that key milestones are acheived.
