Our client is a leading technical supplier to the automotive industry, and due to exceptional growth plans and current business requirements, they are looking to appoint a Process Management Team Leader / Process Leader / PMST as such we welcome applicant who meet the criteria below:
Relocation assistance available for successful candidates
- Understand project requirements for your module. Communicate these to your team and ensure understanding.
- Deliver the system into production meeting all project deliverables including: Timing, cost, mass, quality, functionality, and validation sign off.
- Continuously monitor team performance to ensure you meet project targets.
- Regularly communicate module status to agreed formats which will include compiling and making presentations to management.
- Build strategic working relationships with all working interfaces and ensure good communication at all times including formal record keeping.
- Ensure the appropriate balance of functional and commercial targets can be achieved through project gateways.
- Be proactive at resolving conflicting requirements across vehicle systems, and strike the balance between project delivery and functional performance.
- Support vehicle and system validation builds with components and engineers
- Act as technical specialist/Lead Engineer if you have detailed knowledge of a component area.
- Candidates with proven experience of Chassis component or system ownership will be given preference.
