All products are bespoke and processes include GRP, plastic, foam, wood and final assembly. They are profitable and keen to invest in plant and people and are planning for volume growth during 2012 based on cost and quality.
Working as part of a small team involved in the day to day maintenance of semi automated production plant. Good knowledge of TPM would be an advantage or a willingness to learn the concept. Candidates will be ideally electrically qualified but with a good grasp of hydraulics and pneumatics. The need to be flexible is very important to the business and all the manufacturing team of over 100.
Responsible for the maintenance of production plant is a fast moving environment. Excellent opportunity to develop and to train.
