Our client has been established in the UK for almost 30 years and is looking to maintain and bolster its position with a number of key appointments. Working in a challenging but collaborative environment with a complex, technically innovative product for some of the largest and most successful automotive OEMs in the world.
We are recruiting for a APQP Engineer based in Sutton Coldfield on a 6-month contract.
As APQP Engineer, you will support future projects in the UK Engineering Department. The main objectives are:
* Support of design and releasing activity to suppliers,
* Agreeing critical dimensions and part requirements including capability of parts
* Upon completion, to ensure timely delivery of new parts from suppliers.
* Support project core team from concept design to full post PSW
Ideal applicants would come from Core Quality or APQP - Automotive First Tier
