Vehicle NVH Engineer

£0 per hour + ?26 per hour LTD
World renowned manufacturer of luxury sports cars.
In this role you will be expected to:
- Provide robust vehicle and component level targets for NVH attributes, and to ensure the targets are deliverable following AMPCS requirements.
- Analyse and report following NVH benchmark test procedures
- Understand component tolerance, manufacturing variability, degradation when establishing achievable targets over time and use.
- Provide PMT areas with design proposals to achieve the agreed NVH targets.
- Ensure all targets are achievable with agreed components/vehicle design and manufacturing capability under all required environments.
- Document the benchmarking data, test procedures, target setting process, history of design modifications within the deadline.
- Represent NVH in meetings involving any of the above. Present slides, answer questions, take away actions, and make sure all actions are complete before the relevant deadlines.
Personal Requirements:
- Engineering Degree (or equivalent) in an appropriate discipline.
- Significant experience of NVH test and development within the Automotive industry.
- Knowledge and experience of NVH system (ArtimiS, LMS, FFT etc).
- Experience with DVPs would be very useful.
- Ability to present information and communicate to all levels in an effective manner.
