Multi National American owned manufacturing business employing over 600 people with an annual turnover approaching 120m. Automotive supplier and regarded as one of the top three producers in Europe. They enjoy a close relationship with their customers and are continually striving to improve quality, cost and service.
To lead, supervise and coordinate all shift production and people issues to ensure that all manufacturing targets are met on Health and Safety, quality, volume and cost. Lead a team of 15 supplying three departments with product. Candidates must be quick thinkers and a robust team player
To support and deputise for Department Manager
You will be an experienced team leader from within the automotive industry.
