This major Aerospace global company manufactures complex mechanical assemblies and systems. This forward thinking company provides excellent career prospects and has new opportunities for Project Engineers to work in the Engineering (Project or Development function). These roles in Birmingham could also be called Development Engineer.
The Project Engineer will work in a multi-disciplined engineering team responsible for designing, developing and qualifying complex , mainly mechanical assemblies. This will be a broad based role including in the main development, test and qualification activities but also customer, supplier liaison and project engineering activities.
You will preferably have an engineering degree and relevant development, test or projects experience in a precision mechanical engineering field. Experience from aerospace , automotive or other sectors will be considered. You will be an EU citizen as some defence work may be involved.
