An EDS Programme Support Engineer is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in the West Midlands.

EDS Programme Support Engineer
Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Problem analysis and to be able to quickly get to robust solutions. Present technical issues/status and work within a team of Engineers. Understand complex Bill of Materials and vehicle Electrical circuits. Manage design changes within vehicle harnesses, working together with the harness supplier. Liaison with other System teams. Use of Microsoft Office.
Skills Preferred:
Working knowledge of AIMS, eFDVS.
Experience Required:
Technical problem resolution, working within a multidiscipline team. A knowledge of System validation processes.
Experience Preferred:
Experience delivering vehicle Design/Development programmes, understanding Gateways and phases of projects. Support on Prototype vehicle builds.

Education Preferred:
Engineering degree or equivalent.
Additional Information:
Starting at Whitley, the team will be moving to Gaydon soon. At times the role will be based at Solihull.
