A HV Traction Battery Integration Engineer is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in Gaydon, Warwickshire.
Description
Working as part of the HV Traction Battery team the chosen candidate will be responsible for capture manufacturing, service requirements and cascade to design engineers. Support integration of HEV traction batteries into lab car/rig/vehicle builds and lead investigations of traction battery issues. Support rig/vehicle testing. Develop HV Traction Battery team`s capability in build support/electrical integration and problem solving.
Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Vehicle electrical integration skills - ability to use CAN tools etc. Confident communicator.
Details
Experience Required:
Hands on experience in integrating electrical components into vehicle builds and testing, problem solving on lab car/rigs or vehicles.
Experience Preferred:
Experience in developing manufacturing/logistics and service requirements.
Education Required:
HNC or higher.
