A SQL Web Applications Developer is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in the West Midlands.
Description
Position Description:
Development of web applications utilising a SQL Server back end. To design, develop and deliver a resource planning database for use within the resource planning team within Electrical Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing the requirements and designing a database to replace a variety of existing Microsoft Excel files.
Job Requirements
Skills Required:
MS SQL database design, stored procedures. ASP, including VB Script. MS Internet Explorer 8 HTML, DHTML and JavaScript. XML, AJAX, ActiveX, including MS XML DOM, TreeView Documentation.
Details
Experience Required:
GUI development useful. Minimum of 5 years experience developing web applications utilising a SQL Server back end.
Education Required:
Educated to degree level in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience.
Additional Information:
Whitley then Gaydon based.
