As an NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness) Engineer, you ll be a key member of a dedicated unit engaged in understanding the causes of mechanical and aerodynamic noise generation in a turbocharger, and then enhance the noise suppression methods and design tools.
Supporting the development and application of acoustic modelling techniques.
Supporting New Product Introduction Teams to implement noise reduced turbochargers.
Working with the Laboratory to perform and develop experimental measurement methods to characterise turbocharger noise.
Liaising with research and educational bodies.
Analysing customer data to resolve concerns relating to noise on turbochargers.
