This company offers extensive lamination manufacturing facilities. These include progression punching, blank and notching, aluminium rotor die-casting, laser profiling and pack assembly for both loose and interlock lamination packs.
Responsible for the strategic and operational management of SSL as a member of the Company s Senior Management Team.
Directly responsible for all aspects of the Company s engineering services, production engineering, drawing office and sales engineering. Responsible for strategy formulation and business plan development and implementation in the Engineering function. You would be required to promote tool sales of new and existing customers.
Manage a team of engineers covering design, development , process improvement. Opportunity to influence the business at strategic level.
