A NPI Engineer is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in Castle Bromwich.

Description
Position Description:
Help co-ordinate, during the launch phases, the planning and delivery of quality maturation processes including E Cube Event and PCPA Audit Feedback Meeting infrastructure ownership, data capture and reporting. Colour Harmony - event infrastructure ownership, data capture and reporting. Focus Build & Challenge Events Event infrastructure ownership data capture and reporting. Teardown Events infrastructure ownership, data capture and reporting. Fresh-eyes Events. Joint infrastructure ownership with PD Quality, data capture and reporting.

Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Demonstrable ability to work effectively in multifunctional teams. Must have a thorough logical approach to issues, with high attention to detail. Personable, a good communicator of both written and verbal information. Experience in problem solving skills & techniques. PC literate, good working knowledge of Microsoft packages. Prior experience with AIM's and engineering releasing preferable (WERS basic knowledge). Knowledge of LQOS, launch processes, systems & practices preferable. Able to work individually or as part of a multi-functional team. Pro-active, demonstrates initiative and dynamic approach. Flexible with respect to travel, work load and start/finish times.

Experience Required:
Some experience in new product introduction.

Education Required:
Degree qualified in relevant discipline preferable.
