Software Engineer

Our client is a motorsport organisation based in the Midlands. They are currently seeking to recruit a Software Engineer.
You will be responsible for developing automotive embedded software using advanced development tools and process. Managing the software lifecycle and all tools associated with it, from design concept through to retirement including
-specification, introduction to both car and test facilities, continual maintenance.
-development of software to meet the changing needs of the busines in a competitive environment with very aggressive timescales.
-practical help in commissioning and applying software and hardware.
-help with establishing automotive software processes.
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in control software development and have experience in Matlab/Simulink and autocode. Degree level or higher in Software or Engineering.
Have a good problem solving approach with Automotive C design, code and test with formal software validation methods.
Desirable is HW or Systems Integration, HIL systems (Dspace), SPICE automotive processes, understanding of Lilon Battery Systems and Automotive calibration tools (INCA).
