A Project Engineer is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in Gaydon, Warwickshire.
Description
Position Description:
Project Engineer Exterior Systems, Lighting (Body Engineering) responsible for developing ideas to improve component and system quality by collecting and analysing data from customer / dealerships. To run a process of design improvement initiatives and monitor status against set targets.
Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Proven project management capability demonstrated by recent delivery on time & budget. Knowledge of Electrical Systems. Excellent communications skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels. Experience in use of engineering quality tools and problem resolution tools. PC Literacy - Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
Skills Preferred:
Any person supplied should have a valid UK driving licence and meet the medical requirements of OEM facilities. Working knowledge of project delivery processes. Working knowledge of change management processes.
Details
Experience Required:
Successful history of project management delivery.
Experience Preferred:
Experience of delivery within the automotive sector useful but not essential.
Education Required:
Ideally degree educated
