Position Description:

CAMPAIGN ANALYST



Responsible for delivering Marketing Campaign central execution in line with our client s programme requirements. Reviewing and completing template Marketing Campaign Briefs. Execution of campaigns using the Unica Campaign Management Tool. Coordination of end to end campaign execution across Agency CRM. Reviewing/producing standard performance metrics through the campaign. Working within the campaign team to establish campaign plans, resourcing, and scheduling. Additionally the role will require pre/Post campaign tasks to enable new campaign types and improve processes...
...Resolution of campaign related issues and campaign data Analysis concerns - other CRM team activities as required. As the role develops opportunities will arise to be more involved in - data analysis for the campaign brief - full creation and execution of campaign briefs end-to-end. Interaction with channels e.g. Direct Marketing, Web, Call Centre, Events etc. Developing new Campaign types and Campaign Brief templates. Liaise with market contacts on campaign response handling, cold list/data loading. Requirements planning - end-end flow to Lead Management and dealer fulfillment. Piloting new campaign types and CRM processes. Design and development of Campaign reporting and monitoring. Liaison with our clienbt s Markets and agencies to develop campaign schedules. Campaign Specialist e.g. new vehicle launches, handraisers, commercial vehicles etc. Support new markets by providing training to run local campaigns - training and report presentation and analysis.
Primary Skills Required:

European central campaign services team rapidly growing. Requires a flexible team player, ability to work with business and technical colleagues, time management, attention to detail, communication skills, user IT skills. Marketing background, Unica campaign management tool experience, and data analysis skills. Automotive and/or large company experience.



Experience Required:

SQL experience essential.



Experience Preferred:

Marketing would be an advantage.
