A Rolling Road/NVH Lab Engineer- is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

Position Description:
Facilities Engineer
Running NVH rolling roads on 2/3 shift / continental shift pattern including weekends. Conducting measurements supporting attribute development.
Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Provide interior or exterior noise testing and analysis capability on rolling roads to support the NPI development process and competitor vehicle evaluation. Competently running 4X4 rolling road whilst adhering to appropriate engineering and safety standards.
Skills Preferred:
Identify root causes of interior or exterior NVH problems, establish design changes required to resolve them and validate any proposed solution.
Details
Experience Required:
Previous experience in running rolling roads and liaising with Attribute Engineers is essential. Experience of data collection and validation using LMS type systems.
Education Required:
Educated to BSc level or significant expertise in NVH discipline.
Education Preferred:
Data analysis in both frequency and time domain.
