Position Description:
Support European Business and Process Services Manager, covering 19 markets and 4 FoE Central functions, on all business, budgetary and process issues. All roles below are pan-European. Coordinate the day-to-day relationship between Central Operations and pan-European markets on all business related topics. Provide timely and accurate feedback to the relevant function to resolve queries. Undertake individual projects on behalf of Business and Process Manager. Includes consolidation, analysis of key data, status reporting, recommended corrective actions to ensure audit/S-Ox compliance. Provide monthly, ad hoc and accurate analysis of all categories of budget. Fixed Marketing, Administrative, Vehicle Inventory, and Headcount. CONT...
...Includes identification of issues and proposed corrective actions, with full follow up with affected areas to ensure matter is closed. Maintenance of Budget Control System (BCS). Provide timely and accurate reports and detailed analysis of areas of concern. Present and review with Business and Process Manager and provide analytical support for monthly status meetings. Reconciliation of accounting ledger/BCS issues. Consolidate functional business plan proposals, capital investment projects, contribution and membership requests, company service vehicle data and various ad hoc operating projects. Act as Internal Control Coordinator to ensure operational compliance with GAO audit and Internal Control requirements, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Modular Control Review Program. Includes evaluation of adequacy of departmental controls, processes and procedures, self-assessment routines, special studies, audit reviews, evaluation of external service providers, training programmes and cascading of relevant corrective action information.
Skills Required:
Well developed IT skills. Strong analytical and project management. Including preparation and presentation of consolidated reports. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Demonstrate strong business acumen and customer focus and integrity in handling secret and confidential information. Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team and effectively under time pressure. Organise and manage a diverse workload effectively. Strong self starter and ability to work on own initiative. Occasional travel to European markets may be required.
Experience Required:
Working knowledge of key OEM systems Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations. Previous Project Management, Admin and support skills. Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Internal Control and Auditing Budget administration and analysis.
