Position Description:

PTO Prototype Budget Analyst
Establish Full Year Prototype Budget by Program/WTN for European gas and diesel engine programs. Preparation of monthly actual/commitment file for Material and Tooling to support monthly financial forecast. Review actual/bnudget status with Engineers/Functions weekly/monthly for all European gas and diesel engine programs. Review RPS/schedule requests (GPIRS) with Engineers /Functions and prepare for approval. Follow up schedule database including support of monthly reserving process for Tooling and CORA PNs. Review, track and verify billings from other brands (e.g. Volvo); other areas and companies. Support Vehicle/PTO alignment meetings. Review monthly error report and correct actual status accordingly.

Excel and Access



Skills Preferred:

GPIRS/WIPS/BOPS/EWOS/ERES
Experience Required:

Budget/ Engineering/ Purchasing Financial analytical skills.



Experience Preferred:

Prior Finance experience preferred, but not essential.



Education Required:

Degree
