Our client is one of the world`s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers. Established for more than 60 years its product line-up has, more recently, moved into the design and manufacture of passenger cars, including electric vehicles.
This is an analytical and co-ordinating role
Liaise with customer support management to identify and resolve issues regarding parts and warranty
Development of relevant metrics to monitor parts performance
Supervision of each stock order with tier 1 suppliers including TML India.
Development and control of a warranty recovery process
Creating systems to manage recovery from TMETC Tier 1 suppliers including
supporting the purchase team in negotiating warranty applicability, terms and conditions.
Requirements
Requirements
Experience of EV products would be desirable
Experience of product support in an automotive OEM
Warranty systems and processing
An understanding of contemporary customer expectations for EV
Understanding legal frameworks pertaining to vehicle parts and sakes tems and conditions
Experience of after market parts supply chain.
