Customer Services/Planning Manager

Our Client is a successful, expanding and ambitious industrial group with activities in steel, engineering, automotive manufacturing and other diverse business interests.
The office located in Dudley is one of three sites within the business group which forms the materials engineering sector. This is working at head office to support sales through out Europe and help strive for further growth.
Effectively planning production of the Dudley forge to enable the company to meet its objectives.
To support the production manager at weekly planning meetings and in all areas of production control.
To receive all customer schedules/orders and tale responsibility for delivered promises.
Developing customer relationships.
Previous experience of a similar role in an engineering background.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Technical competence in an engineering discipline (an advantage but not a pre-requisite)
