Position Description:

Emissions Problem Review Committee (EPRC) Secretary
Record/ publish official meeting minutes. Liaise with responsible parties for V184, V185 and V227 concerns to ensure that EPRC actions are completed within the agreed timing. Initiate and coordinate completion of cross-carline 14D evaluation papers for concern resolution and presentation at Technical Review Group (TRG) forums and Field Review Committee (FRC) meetings. Correlation Design/ conduct Inter-Facility Correlation program for gasoline and diesel emission laboratories. Support correlation of Governmental and non-Governmental test facilities. Use statistical analysis to assess emissions/ fuel economy data, identify any significant facility issues and publish quarterly reports based on laboratory control charts. Design, implement and manage new correlation test methodologies. Design/conduct studies to assess the potential impact of new regulations and standards. Support development of Alternative Fuel Vehicle programmes In-put into GRID on Correlation requirements/regulations COP emissions Track V184, V185 and V227 end-of-line COP testing and compliance; support VOQ COP test requirements. Maintain/ implement vehicle selection procedure for pre-production vehicle emissions and CO2 testing (FEU/1PP/4PP units). Support/ monitor V347, V348 and V227 pre production emissions and CO2 testing requirements. Review Powertrain Homologation Review Meeting minutes to ensure pre-production testing alignment. Review Global Programme Letter Uniform System notices to ensure pre-production testing alignment. Represent our client at legally mandated Governmental Agency and associated Conformity of Production audits. Review Homologation Transmittals and establish emissions related engineering changes for publication amongst the VOQ community. Alternative Fuel Vehicle Programmes (AFVs) Key environmental interface with UK Department for Transport, Energy Saving Trust and Transport for London with regard to incentivised emissions programmes.
