EDS Engineer

Our client is one of the world`s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers. Established for more than 60 years its product line-up has, more recently, moved into the design and manufacture of passenger cars, including electric vehicles
This role is based in the West Midlands, close to the M6 and is commutable from Birmingham, Rugby, Coventry and Nuneaton.
As an EDS Engineer, your role will include:
- Working as part of the EDS team for circuit design and simulation activities for projects.
- Defining technical requirements for all aspects of Electrical packaging.
- Defining technical requirements for all aspects of circuit design and simulation.
- Travelling to Pune, India. This will be no more than 25% of your time.
Personal requirements:
- Degree qualified or equivalent, matching the requirements of a chartered engineer.
- Significant experience in the automotive industry is essential.
- Capability of working on complex projects working within a team of EDS engineers.
