Our client is a leading prestige automotive manufacturer with a global workforce of approximately 98,000 employees and turnover of 3.3 billion. They operate 24 production facilities, 3 of which are in the UK and have production spread across 13 countries, with a global sales network in more than 140 countries.

They are looking to recruit graduates onto a 21 month graduate training programme. Your career within the company will be designed to meet your aspirations and the business needs of an internationally recognised company with a world renowned brand. You will undergo a number of business assignments, both within the UK and overseas, as you prepare for your first appointment in a key business function. The company are looking for graduates that aspire towards a fast track career in the fields of HR, Logistics, Quality, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing and Environmental Management.

The successful graduates will join a highly successful team to carry out their 21 month graduate training, where they will receive world class training including the following:-
Tailored personal development leading to a relevant professional qualification.
Internal training courses specifically focused on key company strategies and processes.
Several months at the companies headquarters in Munich, where you will meet and work with graduates from across the companies global network.

You must be enthusiastic, disciplined and inquisitive. An individual who exhibits flair and initiative, whilst simultaneously remaining a strong team player.
Applicants should have a minimum 2:1 honours degree in a relevant discipline and a full UK driving licence.
Whilst your home location will be either Oxford or Hams Hall near Coleshill, you will be expected to undertake placements at other BMW sites across the UK and some International travel.
