A world leader in the supply of high performance transmissions, specialising in transmission technology require a Business Manager to provide support for various motorsport formulae.
Ideally degree qualified in an engineering related discipline, with substantial experience in an engineering environment along with commercial astuteness and awareness of confidentiality.

Responsible for managing designated customers to achieve agreed objectives for customer retention and business development you will also manage batch sizes and acceptance of repeat order frequency in consultation with the Manufacturing Project Managers, ensuring customer and the company commercial needs are met.
Must have project management experience, including preparation of proposals and budgetary control.

The Business Manager will be responsible for producing sales plans for the formulas and the market place on an annual basis, proposing marketing campaign ideas, proactively pursuing generation of leads and subsequent quotations and co-ordinating business development activity.
