Change Management Co-ordinator

Forward thinking global company who have been operating in the UK now for 30 years, as one of it"s Midlands based sites this facility requires a Change Management Co-ordinator to suupor tthe site assembling axle modules on key product lines for a prestigious client base.
The purpose of this role is to administer, control and realise changes, ensuring changes either external or internal to plant are introduced professionally without an impact on business performance and manage the financial impact of the change.
Key responsibilities will include,
-Collecting, processing and documenting any incoming change enquiries
-Generate change requests, forwarding documentation to the relevant functions if enquiry is approved
-Verify internal and external data and maintain customer communication on relevant changes
-Monitor internal functions during implementation of changes in line with the standard company change process
-Manage change review meetings to ensure changes are brought in on time and in budget and ensure documentation of changes.
-Report monthly change KPIs to management meeting.
-Improve the changes system through lessons learned.
-Ensure that SAP creation modifications are completed before reminder message is received.
A minimum HNC qualification and proven experience of multi concurrent project management is required, as are excellent communication and presentation skills and solid IT proficiency.
