Client Information
My client a global company, based in West Yorkshire employs over 100 people at the site are currently experiencing a period of sustainted growth, the company specialising in the design, development and assembly within the Automotive sector.
Main Duties
The main responsibilities of the role are to ensure and improve customer satisfaction by supporting product related projects during product life cycle. Manage Truck and Bus Customers in UK and Ireland as Customer Relationship Manager. The post holder will also be expected to lead Technical support and discussions with the customer base
Job description
-The post holder will be heavily involved in new product development in close liaison with the client to ensure all requirements and needs are being met and exceeded
-Prototype management, Product variation management
-Manage the established
-Support development and change management process
-Manage and develop relationships with main customer and look to develop new areas of opportunity
-Act as technical support point of contact for all UK and Ireland customers to work with Production and Technical teams to answer all customer queries
Key skills and experience
-Candidates should have strong company product knowledge with heavy vehicles
-Strong Mechanical Engineering background.
-Experience of running several high value accounts
-Develop strong understanding of customer requirements and business
-Candidates should have a background in a Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing environment
