Exciting Quality Engineering opportunity with great development potential working from a state-of-the-art facility on blow moulding and system assembly, producing products which include fuel tanks, expansion tanks, and air ducts for Just-In-Time supply to key global OEM"s.

With a degree level qualifiaction and an understanding of plastic materials processing, you must be confident utilising tools including, 8D, 5Why, APQP, FTA, SPC, PPAP and FMEA"s. You will join a multi functinal team in a fast paced Automotive environment so a "hands on" approach to the role is essential.

Duties of the role will require the individual to take ownership and responsibility for the product quality, process control, quality standards and related procedures required to ensure blow moulded carcasses and related system assembly are made to meet company and customer expectations. Quality of product produced must be of the highest and safest possible standards to ensure fuel tanks, and fuel pipes perform well in service and exceed their lifetime endurance requirements.
