CNC Programmer (Milling)-3 Axis-Fanuc Based

They are looking for a competent CNC Programmer (Miller) who can operate 3 axis machinery with Siemens or Fanuc controls. A person with a tooling background would be of interest as you`ll be setting the tools on the machinery; any CMM experience would be advantageous although not a necessity.
You must have the above experience to be considered as you`ll be expected to be able to work straight away; an apprentice or similar academic background would be preferable.
This role will also allow you to lean up to 5 axis machinery too and the view is that the role will develop into a 5 axis based role once you feel confident.
They will offer an unparalleled level of additional training to the successful person (Solidworks/AlphaCAM among others) as this role is very important to them. It will be a role that embeds you into the firm and you`ll help them grow throughout 2012 and beyond.

A specialist in the supply of formed and machined aluminium components to a variety of industries including automotive, aerospace and construction.
They operate out of a clean facility and are in the region of 50 staff providing materials to aeroplanes through to the Olympics.
The position is working under 2 supervisors on the shop floor under the guidance of the Operations Director.
This is an immediate start on an hourly rate to be discussed at submission stage. It`s a permanent role based on 37.5 hours a week on days with paid overtime.
A 2 stage interview process to include a CNC competency based exercise also.
