Engine Management System - Calibration Engineer x 2 - £Negotiable + Excellent Benefits - Kent

Degree qualified mechanical (or related subject) engineers x 2 are required for this leading automotive company based in Kent. Ideally you will have experience of engine emissions and performance development and calibration and experience in engine control and fuel injection systems and calibration tools.

The successful Calibration Engineers will develop a thorough understanding of the client's requirements, common rail (CR) diesel fuel injection and engine control system, and the engine performance and emissions of the application. It will require understanding and interpreting customer requirements for fuel injection equipment and the engine management system, executing or managing rig test, engine test and system calibration activities, liaison with client engineers and managers, short term residency at client premises (e.g. climate test trips), troubleshooting and supporting engineering and system calibration activities through to production and beyond.

Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills, work well under pressure and manage several tasks at once.
This role does involve some travel therefore you must be able and willing to work away from home for short periods.
