As a result of growing demands for our award winning range of diesel engines and an increasing number of exciting new engine development programmes, we are seeking talented Control Engineers, who are looking for an opportunity to work with some of the most respected engine specialists in the field and to develop a career with an organisation at the cutting edge of engine design and development.
Based at their new multi-million pound engine research and development centre in the UK Midlands, key responsibilities for these important new roles include:
- Sensor and Actuator component engineering
- Hardware/software FMEA, component design verification and sign off
- Development of application tools (html, C, C++) for CANbus analysis, data logging and diagnostics
In addition to a strong engineering background and experience in Engine control, ideal candidates will:
- Be educated to Degree/HND level (or equivalent) in electronic, mechanical or control systems engineering
- Have demonstrable understanding of diesel engine fundamentals and associated engine management systems
- Have experience of HiL testing and CANbus analysis, ideally using DSpace control desk scripting, Matlab, Simulink and CANanalyser.
