Lead Design Engineer
Cheltenham/Gloucester/Bristol

Working as a designer for this leading supplier of most all-composite blades you will support the business in meeting customer requirements, quality,timing and cost. Projects will include new applications and in-service product support.
As the lead design engineer you be part of the highly motivated on-site team developing fully optimised propeller solutions whist ensuring integrity of the product.
Working in conjunction with other technical departments, manufacturing, suppliers and the customer utilising the Design Review process.
Prepare design estimates and bid preparation.
Provide design support for resolving "day to day" manufacturing problems.
The succesful applicant will need:
Working knowledge of Catai V5 and or Pro/E .
A proven background in aerospace or automotive design and the ability to demonstrate strong problem solving skills with Hydraulic design would be an advantage.
